On September 15, Ladies' Code's company, Polaris Entertainment, released a touching tribute to the group.
The music video for Ladies' Code's song "I'm Fine Thank You" was released only a few days after the tragic car accident that took the life of two members of the girl group. The song had become a rallying cry by fans after the tragedy, and the song title trended on social media websites like Twitter and Facebook. The video had over 100,000 views within 24 hours.
"I'm Fine thank You" became the memorial song for Ladies' Code after a car accident killed two members, and now a video has been released that shows the five members at their very best.
The four minute long music video depicts Ladies' Code having fun, working hard, and talking directly to the camera.
There are heart wrenching interviews with the members, and RiSe and EunB say their goodbyes to fans in this specially edited video.
EunB's message is especially poignant with her words, "But this isn't the end, because we'll continue seeing each other. Although it's the last performance, we'll see each other, right? So I won't be sad."
RiSe and EunB's videos show them saying "thank you" and "I love you" to the fans.
Polaris Entertainment released the special music video twelve days after the car accident that took the lives of EunB and RiSe. The remaining three members were also injured; Sojung is still receiving medical car, while Ashley and Zuny's injuries were less extensive.
The video was uploaded with a message to Ladies' Code's fans:
"To those who have been protecting us with bright and pretty smiles.
Kwon RiSe and Go EunBi, rest in peace and remain happy forever in heaven.
RiSe, EunB
Thank you
And we love you a lot."
"I'm Fine Thank You" was chosen by fans as a tribute song due to its meaningful lyrics, and appeared on Korean music charts shortly after Ladies' Code's car accident.
